TINSELTOWN CHRISTMAS INFORMATION
Tinseltown Christmas is a fun, unique holiday fundraiser for KVTA that’ll surely get you in the holiday spirit. Invite your friends, decorate a table, and enjoy some holiday entertainment!
Host a table:
The cost to host a table of 6 is $90. The cost to host a table of 8 is $120. You should include yourself in the number of guests at your table. We will also have a KVTA table for any individuals that would like to attend. Individual tickets are $15 each. We request that the table is paid in advance to reserve your spot. Please Note: Refunds will not be available AFTER November 6 as there is limited seating for this event. It will be at your discretion to invite all of your guests at no cost to them, or to have them reimburse you. We anticipate that all tables will be reserved quickly. Because of this, all seats at your table will need to be utilized in order to accommodate everyone who would like to attend. Please let us know in advance should you need our assistance in placing single ticket holders at your table to fill any unoccupied seats. We’re here to help!
What do you do once you pay and reserve a table?

You decorate your table with either a Broadway show theme or a Christmas theme (including tableware). The possibilities are endless!

You supply a dessert for your table guests. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by KVTA.

Host arrival: As early as 4:30 pm – You can decorate from 4:30-5:30 pm. The doors will be closing at 5:30 pm. Doors will reopen for your guest to arrive. The event will begin at 6:30 pm.
Will there be entertainment?

Yes! There will be lots of holiday fun all evening.
