COSTUME RENTAL INFORMATION:

Kankakee Valley Theatre Association costumes may be rented by KVTA members in good standing or associated groups (i.e. churches, colleges, community organizations, schools, etc.) for other theatrical productions or programs. Rental of such items will be at the discretion of the Costume Shop Director.

Rental requirements:
◦ Weekly rental fee
◦ Deposit required
◦ Signed rental contract
◦ No eating, drinking or smoking while in cosutume.
◦ Costumes must be cleaned before returning
◦ Costume rentals are by appointment only

Please Note:
We do NOT rent costumes for Costume Parties or Halloween.

SET/PROP RENTAL INFORMATION

Kankakee Valley Theatre Association set pieces and/or props may be rented by KVTA members in good standing or associated groups (i.e. churches, colleges, community organizations, schools, etc.) for other theatrical productions or programs. Rental of such items will be at the discretion of the Set and/or Prop Department Director(s).

Rental requirements:
* Weekly rental fee
* Deposit required
* Signed rental contract
* Rentals are by appointment only
* All items rented must be retirned by the return date or additional fees may be applied
* Any item lost, stolen or damaged will be assesed a comparable cost to replace it
