Meeting Information

Regular board meetings are held at 6 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month.  Most are held at the KVTA  Studios, located at 1 Stuart Drive in Kankakee, IL.  Meetings are open to anyone. However, anyone wishing to speak at the meeting should contact the President to be on the agenda.

The Annual General Membership meeting is held in the month of June. This meeting is open to all. However, only members in good standing are eligible to vote. At this meeting, we vote on board member positions that are open for the new term and any new by-laws or changes to the existing by-laws or constitution. This meeting is typically held at the KVTA Studios.
